Default Toe link / track rod slippage

Does anyone know why the factory toe links are prone to making your alignment slip? Is it the spherical rod end in the aftermarket links that prevent your settings from slipping. Just curious.

I think that's it if you mean the eccentric, but some like my ERP's have bump adjustment as well.

the factory links adjust the toe via an eccentric on the inboard side of the link. Look under the rear, you'll see them. It's not a good system, it's easy for them to move in their holes. The TRG, Tarret, etc., links bolt in solid, no eccentrics. The adjustment is made the same as the fronts, by threading the links longer or shorter then locking them.
