Question about battery venting

I recently installed the moll battery on the 6GT3 and was wondering exactly what needs to be vented (water, gas?) from the battery which requires the plastic tubing. Thanks in advance.

John, to answer your question, it is gas. As a battery is charging, it "gasses" that is unless it has too much fluid in it, then it overflows. Hope this helps.
