Long time lurker, but first time poster. I'm the lucky guy who bought Fryd's GT3. It's a fantastically prepared and maintained car, and will be a nice compliment to my '06 Cayman S, which as of tomorrow (one last Cayman day at Mosport) will be retiring as my track car. Looking forward to stepping up to the GT3 and being part of the community.

Yes, and I see you've had the good sense to change your avatar. I suppose I'll have to do the same. Need to find the next GT3 (Cup) first though!

 

You're going to enjoy it. Take it easy until you get a bit of seat time in the car.

 

It was hard as I absolutely love that pic I had as my avatar. It was taken by Ken (datax). At least I know it went to a great home and a great guy. Made a new friend!

 

I feel the same way. ((Sorry for hijacking your thread Steve!)) My car went to a good guy and someone that's going to put it to it's proper use (TRACK!)...

 

It's been tough the last couple days at Mosport. Probably 5-6 GT3's in the Black group, and I'm in the CS with the GT3 at home in the garage. That's going to change soon enough. A 7GT3 lost it in Turn 1, on the last lap of the last session today. I was about 2 cars behind, but it didn't look he hit anything hard. Just another example of why the platform (and the track) must be respected ....and enjoyed.
