You went back to an R Turbo? Your car habit is seriously schizophrenic. I think there is a 12 step program somewhere that I can refer you to. Betty Ford anyone?

Don't mock me Payton, we can settle this on the 101 if need be...call me next week and the r-turbo may be gone, I have gotten rid of 3 cars in the past before the temp tags expired...

Just an FYI, maybe you shouldn't take your car to the ghetto, get out with it still running and take a picture..might be asking for trouble..lol.. (note: no offense to any P-car owners out there that do live in the ghetto, I'm not suggesting you would steal Payton's car or rob him)

I sold it with full GMG suspension, DAS rollbar, 5 point harnesses, GT3 seats, center console delete, custom crossover welded exhaust, Pagid yellows, ...how it looks now, I'm not sure, it may be back to stock..??

I stopped by Ruf this afternoon on my way home from work..my old car was sold yesterday and will be staying local in Dallas

The crossover/bypass custom exhaust was documented in detail on here a while back...if you search, you may find it..it adds a nice exhaust note with no interior resonance or loss of power..much like fabspeed does (adds resonance and power loss).

LOL guess i'm not calling about your ex car, bah.. I'm always too slow on the move, all good, as I don't know what I want to do yet anyway. GT3's have been calling my name though for a bit..

How you enjoying your R Turbo??

iLL,

you've got the "total" package, I'd hold onto your car for a long time..

I'm loving the R-turbo, completely different than a GT3, but a total hoot to drive

My car came equipped with Fabspeed mufflers (only), do you think that I would be better-off (power wise) with the stock cans?

jm,

I'm sure someone can elaborate to a greater extent, but yes, the fabspeed does take away some mid range power...I went back to the stock with the custom crossover to get that mid range power back, get rid of the interior resonance and still have a more aggressive sound..however, you do save a lot of weight with the fabspeed over stock..

jm,

just a sidenote, I'm speaking in only track terms, exit speeds, etc.....for the street it shouldn't matter, no one will ever push this car to its limit on the street. If someone ever says they reach this cars limits on the street, then I'd guess they've never learned to properly drive it on a track and seen it's true limits...
