do this....

WOT into T1 at TH, lift and WOT again, as you hit the apex, full lift. you will then proceed to lose oem lip and in need of cup car splitter.

Very sound advice coming from someone who never spins and or never lets two wheels drop off. LOL

Who's driven the Thunderhill track with the new 'curbing' and track edits? I'm kind of fearing for my own BBS wheels. I like to play the birms and throw dust during good battles, now it's all been altered?

Austin, some discussion on this here

Thinking is that they will shave down the curbs. Don't know if or when tho. Maybe someone who's been there more recently can chime in.

yes, i be at TH with NCRC

austin, the curbing is not bad, but not too good either. if you hit it with magnesium wheels, they are toast. i do hit them with CCW , no prob.

T8, T10 will make you go sideways if you hit hard enough.

T3 inside, try no to ride them, they will suck you in.

T1 apex, feels like washboard (the pavement, not the curb)

T5 over the top, there's a bump.

oh T6 entry berm, do not hit.

This sounds and looks awful, has anyone talked to Dave Vodden about it yet? Seriously, who's the smart guy who put the car disrupting BS "curbing" in especially inside 9, are they trying to get Porsches to go backwards into the flag stand?

ya, its a great deal, the catch is the shipping is like 200 from CA to the NE...so if you want them, make sure you order a couple. The shipping obviously changes depending on where you live...but pm me if you want one (or 4)...

Dougherty stated that the shipping is a deal killer. They pay $100 shipping to get one, then turn around and have to ship to me, so the price is not worth it and a group buy doesn't help unless everyone can do a pickup at their shop.

The local dealer wants $270 for the stock lip. I'll give Porsche Motorsports a try.
