I just finished tackling changing the gear oil and let me tell you it was a pain in the ***. If you don't have a lift or access to one, don't bother. It's not worth it without one. Getting access to the fill bolt was the hardest. The prior mechanic made the bolt so tight and the channel is very narrow and a regular allen socket will not work. We ended up using a 10mm allen key with a pipe for leverage. It took around 4 hours, but we changed the motor oil too.
