**SOLD** For Sale: well sorted 996GT3 **SOLD**
**SOLD**
I know, I know, I know..........I thought I would NEVER part with this car but the time has come for me to start racing and this car is way too perfect to do the racing I want to do. I wish I could keep her and her replacement but I just don't have the space as I already have 5 cars. I haven't decided on the replacement yet but I have a good idea what it will be. I do not want this thread to turn into a thread about what I am going to get next so I’ll save y’all the trouble. The next car should resemble this one very closely.
Anyway, this is THE CAR for anybody that wants to do NOTHING to the car and be fully prepped and ready for the track. Short of installing a full custom cage and gutting the interior, it has undergone just about every Cup (Motorsport) transformation it could get. This car is rock solid and very strong.
If for some reason it does NOT sell then I'll keep her and stick to winning DE's instead of moving over to racing. I have no interest in dealing with tire-kickers or lowballers. This car is priced accordingly and is a STEAL for what it comes with. The car was 112K new (I still have the window sticker) and has seen almost 40K in work done to it. It has NEVER been in a wreck, painted, etc. It is still street legal and registered here in North Carolina.
The car will be sold with everything on it and nothing will be returned to stock. The only extras that will be available after the sale (the buyer gets first dibs though) will be the following:
*Carbon Fiber Factory OEM RS Wing**
*BBS E88 Wheels*
*Fikse Profi 13 Wheels*
*Traqmate Data Acquisition System*
*Thicker OEM Wheel with airbag (can put back in place of the cup wheel)*
I am not 100% sure the wheels will be sold though since they very well may be direct replacements for the new car.
A little bit about the car……..

Motorsport lower rear control arms with full monoball assembly

I am sure there is stuff that I am forgetting but that would just be a bonus to the whole thing. I think I have all the pertinent goodies listed. Most all of the work has been done inside the last 9 months so it is ALL very new.
She has 31K miles of which they are FULLY documented from day 1. 25K are highway miles and 6K are track miles. Has had every service you could do to the car and done at short and frequent intervals. The car has been maintained for the track by Greg Jones (Owner of 3G Motorsports in Greensboro, NC). If you are not familiar with Greg’s credentials, feel free to contact me and I will get you in touch with him. He has worked with about every top race team out there and I would trust NOBODY else with my car when it comes to track setup. It has been fully setup for the track and dialed in perfectly with ride height adjustment, corner balance, bump steer, etc.
If you are SERIOUS about the car, please shoot me a PM and we can discuss it offline. I don’t want to kill internet connections by attaching every possible pic so I have put together a gallery online that can be viewed.
Car will be available for delivery at the Zone 2 Club Race/DE Weekend at VIR August 8-10 or at my place down in Raleigh, NC.

Good luck Dell. I am sure you won't have any trouble with the sell. As someone who also has Greg work on my car and see this one all the time at the track I can tell you that you won't find any other as well sorted. Have fun with your next purchase.

LOL, "well sorted" is an understatement - man, you've been busy with that thing. Someone is going to get a great deal. But, I guess as long as you have a trailer you might as well just get the cup and be done with it..
