More info, please. Is he making/selling these, or was he selling a one-off? I assume you recommend him and the kit? How was installation? Any pics?

Just to let you guys know. I edited my post to include pics of a mold I made. The flat raw material did not work out that well.

Here is the outline of the mold in case you want to copy it. You should plan on a 1/2" of material past bend on everything except where marked. Then trim as needed. I can help with questions. The scan is on 14" paper and one scan is upside down, but you can print and put together.
