Default Effective Spring rates with Tender Springs?

Anyone know what the effective spring rate is if you have a tender spring on your suspension? Say you had 200 main spring 90 tender?

(I'm thinking of metric units where which I guess is kg/cm instead of lb/in).

Can you even directly compare? If not why not and is there some kind of ballpark comparison?
