Has anyone spoken to him or purchased a track insurance policy lately? I have an email and 2 voicemails to him, no response....

Interesting. I had given up on the prospect for DE insurance. Don't know much about Gainsco but it looks like they've been around for a while writing policies, have some scale, claims paying history, etc. With proper backing Chris's products would be on more solid footing with better assurance that claims will be handled properly. Let's see how it comes together.
