Default Decode BBS wheel number by valve stem?

Here is a pic of one of my wheels. I am trying to figure out what these numbers mean. I called BBSUSA down at Rd Atl and the guy I talked to didn't inspire confidence. Anybody with the secret decoder ring?

Not too sure about the 128 ( may be a reference to build date ), but 0288108 is likely the type of center. If you need further assistance, call Bob Woodman Tires. They carry BBS.

If that fails, try Kelly Moss, ask for Brett Webber. They have helped me with BBS wheels and centers on a couple of occasions.
