Here's a closeup of the same crack. You can now see some smaller cracks radiating from the middle hole in the pic. I imagine these will get worse over time as more material breaks off the surface of the rotor. How much time? Not sure. I expect that once it starts flaking off the rotor will be destroyed very soon.
If I bought the car you're looking at I'd call up TRG and order a set of their steel (read: iron) GT3 Cup rotors that are a direct swap for the PCCBs. No caliper changes required. I'm running the iron GT3 Cup rotors in front and PCCB in the rear right now. My rear PCCB rotors are flawless.
