2004 GT3 New (to me)
After driving E46 M3s for several years and doing well over 60 track days on them I decided it's time to move up.
Here is my new baby:
Now I know why you guys are so excited about those cars.
Unfortunately I will have to wait at least to the end of May and possibly beginning of July until I get this beast on the track. The car itself is ready (TE rollbar, seats, harness, pads, other bits).
Yes, it came from a fellow Rennlister that I know personally. And no, I was not looking for a car that was never tracked. I figure that getting a car that proved to be reliable in good hands and was very well taken care of is more important that 0 track miles. Trying to find a GT3 that was not tracked is like looking for a vegetarian wolf.

I can't go to the track before July because I am getting married. The good news is that the wife to be is very supportive of my insanity. I even signed her up for a couple DEs which she will do in the bimmer (easier learning car and that way I can stay on r-comps).

Congrats, I came from an E36 M3 that was all tracked out for the most part. The GT3 is something special, especially on the track. ENJOY!

Just kidding. First off Congratulations! Both for the Car and the Wedding.
Please give us a full thorough track review/comparison of your GT3 compared to your M3. With your hundreds of hours on the track with your M3, I'm curious of the car's track manners.
Thanks
