Default Cup Rotors Anyone?

Hey guys,

I've been going through my brake system and changing out a few things with a few associated trials and tribulations (see upcoming posts)

In any event, during the machinations, I ended up with an extra set of front cup rotors that I don't need. They were exactly $659.50 to get them to my door. I think that's about what they usually cost (not 100% sure). If anybody wants them for that amount + shipping, just pm me.

They will be commercially packaged at no extra charge.

More to follow. Cheers.

Jim, your new PFC setup looks sweet (from your other post) but thought I would comment on your cup rotors for sale. (1) Can you send them back for a refund??? if not, I hate to say it but I can't imagine anybody paying for rotors at the cost of them plus double shipping (to your house and then theirs).

FYI....I bought my cup rotors from Austin at TRG recently for something like $594 ($297/ea) for both fronts and shipping was about $35 so I paid about $630 to my door. As crappy as it will be you will probably have to take a hit on the price and shipping for anybody to bite. I would suggest trying to get a refund and ship them back.

Agree with Dell.

I had Austin at TRG ship me some Brembo floating hats and I got two L front rotors. Called him, shipped one back to him and he took care of it immediately.

That's the route I would go with as well.

For reasons I can't quite relay, I'm stuck with them. I figure a fellow RL will need them someday when PMNA is being stingy and not mind paying an extra $25.00 in shipping to get them. Or heck, who cares, I can knock a bit off if someone needs them now.

The longer version of the story is a friend at a local shop ordered them at a great price for but couldn't guarantee a delivery date, hence my PFC purchase. I tried to cancel the order but for some reason they got shipped anyways. In an amazingly irritating turn of events, the rotors were shipped by PMNA 2ND day air (as in like $140.00 + shipping). "Their new policy it seems". Many expletives later(directed towards PMNA), my friend split the shipping with me and I ended up with that price and them sitting in my garage. VERY IRRITATING but not worth challenging my friendship with my equally dumbfounded tech shop owner...
