Sport seats?
Did all '04/'05 GT3's come with the factory US spec sport seats? Just saw some pics of a yellow GT3 on the bay witht the regular 996 seats.

As far as I know they did...
They are not the "euro" or "RS" seat though...they did not come with these seats:

According to both the 04 and 05 order guides the GT3 came STANDARD with the sport seats. If the car you saw has "regular" 996 seats (the ones without the "wings" by your shoulders that the sport seat has) then the owner probably sold the sport seats, bought Euro GT3 seats (the fixed buckets pictured in post #2), then picked up a set of "normal" or "standard" seats after selling his Euro GT3 seats.
The other possiblity is to get a copy of the original window sticker or COA and see if they were in fact ordered that way (sport seat delete, sub standard carrera seat).
