I spent a lot of time justifying the cost of SRF myself, so I have thought this issue through . . . I actually have a case of it at the house . . . .

dell. i used SRF in al cars gets me through the entire season... i have never had to bleed it period. but cosmos is right it needs to be evacuated and new put in .. i thought it was once a year but safe would be begining of season then end of season takes two liters
