MB: if you want to try pulling the fuse, do it somewhere that has lots of room. The brakes will failsafe to 90+% bias to the rears and will not have power. Fred Flintstones brakes work better.

Well...I know that you can upgrade the ABS programming....it's just cost prohibitive to have the engineer from Bosch or Teves(depending on the make of car) come over here from deutschland to do the tuning. I know, I have done it.

They basically work from the same software that they use to develop the OE version of the software, they use a dynamic model of the car, which they also have from the OE development, and they tweak your settings based on track grip levels, tire grip level, suspension settings, brake package, driver feedback, etc. The upside is that you can get tremendous gains at some tracks, the downside is that optimally you might have 2 or 3 different programs, all in different ECUs. You could spend 20k plus in development at that point.

Either way, it's pretty damn awesome that there's someone that can get in there and do it.
