Default Sub Strap bar install (Teq) on GT3 seat???

Decided to go with the Tequipment sub strap bars (instead of the BK ones) for the car and need to know if anybody has installed these puppies. Is there a DIY floating around or a writeup? I tried a search but no luck.

TIA

Just remove the 2 left and 2 right nuts at the front of the bracket, put the cross bar over the bolts and re-install the nuts.

Dan, I asked the very thing and got the "just good and tight by hand" answer some time ago. I assume there is an official torque setting for the bolts so maybe somebody chimes in........

Be carefull, you wouldn't want to rip the sleeve in the seat. When I did mine, I tight'em up at around 25 pounds but this is not a guideline. Please use your common sence.

Good luck but is fairly easy to do.

Yeah I can't get a precise answer from anywhere either. I've got a reversable torque wrench so I guess I could work out what it has been done up to with that.
