Default Question on 996 GT3RS front wheel carriers

I've my RS uprights in a box. They include new brake ducts.

I lost my Cup brake ducts on a recent upgrade work done to the car, and I've not experienced brake fading running steel brakes or PCCB with those ducts. I would rather use the Cup ones, but I'm affraid to buy them to find out they won't fit with the calipers relocated.

Can I use the GT3 Cup brake ducts with the RS uprights?

Yes. You should be able to. I dont see why not. They do hang much lower. Thats about it.

IIRC the RS ducts are just cup ones that have been cut down a bit by hand (which is presumably why they cost more).

The RS ducts are modified standard GT3 brake ducts.
Their air flow is slightly altered because of the lower positioned calipers.
