I take it you got 2" lap belts though? Theres an article on the scroth website about why you don't want to run 3" ones.

As you say, it's top quality kit.

Yes sir, 2" lap belts are the only way to fly as they sit lower on the pelvis. The only exception is if you weigh 300lbs+ and then you can't fit in the cockpit so it doesn't matter.
