LWF part numbers

Looking at my receipts, the PO had a new clutch plate installed. Can't find the part number in my PET. I was told the car had the LWF mod.

What clutch plate is pn 996.116.013.30 ?

There is a 996.116.015.30 (old number, the new one ends in .32). This is the RS clutch disc with a sprung hub.
