That looks like the car that was at Monterey last year. Property of a doctor who is a long time Ruf customer, since his days in the services in Germany. This is one of the nicest street cars to drive. You would have to check about CA legal - at one stage it was legal in 49 states, I don't know if CA approval has been obtained.

Is that roll cage integrated so well that you can't see it?

yes, it's very tight to A piller and roof then, alcantera wraps over them. without the harness bar and no one told you there's a cage in there, you would never know.
