Don't worry, the GT3 of the 996 series that is more likely to maintain it's value is the;
1. RS
2. Mk.1 Clubsport
3. Mk.1 standard and comfort
4. Mk.2 Clubsport
5. Mk.2 standard and comfort
in that order.

Carrera GTs at 150k are not happening. I've heard trade prices of 200k, but its out of my league so not really following them.
