Default GT3 price - seems really low?

Does $81,800 seem like a low price for a 05 GT3 with 2500 miles? Just sold on Ebay. I would expect it to be 10-15k higher.

Prices have been coming down a lot lately. If I could have waited until now to buy mine (bought it in 05/05), I coulda saved a good 15K!!! Oh well.

I was watching the same car and agree it seems low. Similar car just sold last week for about 92K

I just looked at an 05 with 10k miles at the dealer for 93k. This one looks like a steal at that price. Perfect color combo that I was looking for too... Just can't believe it sold at that price.

as long as you have your money ready, GT3's can be had for 85 or less ALL DAY.

some special one's excepted.

That was a great buy for a 2005. If that car has no negative history the buyer really made out. Image a fully loaded Cayman S for $73K or a GT3 for just $8K more!

Exclamation

That car could NOT be CPO'd no Certified Pre-owned. They would not say why excepyt that it could not be done on that car. When asked they would not say.

I am not sure that the car was on the up and up. It was sold "As is"

It was very low and from a Porsche dealer no less. Humm

I wondered why it said no warranty.

$80k and not able to be CPO'd.. No BID. thanks very much.. that smells. I paid mid 90's for my 2005 in AUG. and had it CPO'd .
Penny wise and pound foolish. Yeah, I paid a premium. If you need to nickle and dime it, probably should not be looking at a GT3.

I too looked hard at this...
Had I been in the US and not Iraq, I would have bid...
Maybe good that I didn't.

What are the possible reasons for no CPO? Only one I can think of is the car was tracked (and maybe damaged) and the dealer voided the warranty for that type of use - any other ideas?

I talked to the dealer and it had some sheetmetal repair work done to it, rear fender and door (?) no frame damage and factory warranty still in effect
