Look at the PCA club race results page, there are a couple of guys on the east coast racing them. I understand that they are trying to race the cars pretty much stock, since 1) $ to modify will put you past what a Cup would cost, 2) cars are still streetable, 3) keeps it somewhat "spec". I raced against one of them (B. Brensinger) at Road America.

Mooty, no not the RS because it is still not the best, nor the best for bang for the buck. It is a compromise.
I have Motons, custom Eiback and front shims. Good enough for now and the car has no real weaknesses except for the rubber.
To get it better I would just go to RSR monoball suspension (like GT3 Bob has). For what I'm doing it is not worth $3-5,000 for the upgrade right now. I'm not that fast yet (near pro level) and I don't mind adjusting my suspension several times per year. Once it would make a true difference, then I would. I may make some modifications to get more camber and phase in suspension bits, but the jury is still out. Once, you've corner balanced your car-you really don't need adjustable links (one side only anyway) because the car is already set. Eliminating the rubber is more precise-no doubt, but using slicks would get me faster times-so cheaper alternatives until it counts.
I still preach-spend money on yourself and it will be a much better return on investment.
