I have an opportunity to purchase a set of Champion RG19 wheels. I have always admired the Champion wheel line great looking and light weight. . Does anyone know if these wheels would fit the GT3? I am concerned since the wheels on the GT3 are 18's Also do the wheels require any additonal maintenance (i.e. polishing) then the normal GT3 wheel??

Don't put 19's on a GT3!

Do yourself a favor, stick with 18".

Stick with 18s; the GT3 suspension was designed around them. In addition, I don't think the RG19s are made in the proper offset for our cars; IIRC the only 19 that Champion makes for our cars is the RG97.

Thanks guys I was fearing that. A local club member ordered them for his 996, never used them and I had the opportunity to pick them up at a really good price. Since I have considered ordering 18 inch Champions it seemed like a good idea.
