Default Car Hauler-Houston to San Francisco

Need an '01 M-B ML55 that I just bought from a dealer in Houston brought to me near San Francisco. Anyone have a car hauler they can recommend? The dealer can arrange it for me at $800. That seems high since I've shipped cars to VA for $750 (but can't find that company's name now).

Actually $800 is quite reasonable for a reputable company. When I sold my race car, it was shipped from CA to NJ for around $1500.

Joe,
You can find deals but you'll get stories. Intercity is the best and $800 is very reasonable for a noted carrier. For that I would insist on Intercity. They charged me $1500 on a special from Conn to Ca.
and there trailers are the best. Parque floors carpeted walls. Man and wife driving teams, and they give you their cell #

I'm finding out that $800 is a pretty good price. I went online, and got 5 quotes, all between $950 and $1050.

Can you give me a link (or cell #) for Intercity?
