Just wanted to share a few pics of my car with the new Supercup lip and basalt black painted wheel centers for the MPSC tires.

Ciao,

Beautiful job. Just a question. How easy do you think it would be to get to your fire bottle? Or is that a plumbed system?

How is it mounted and do you have any pics?

Thanks.

Mmm, interesting... how did you get these painted?

Is that how they come from factory?

Evo_333,

Car is all stock on the chassi side, running stock Mk.1 suspension

GT3 Racer,

I know it's difficult to get to the fire bottle but the original Clubsport mounting point is also far from ideal, it sits on the floor on the passenger side. I can actually get to this one with my right hand, still being strapped in.

Holger B,

The fire bottle is mounted to the forward diagonal bar on the Clubsport/RS carge, I used hose clamps with rubber inserts to avoid scratching the paint on the cage.

smdb01us,

I got these painted at my local bady shop that also did the RS bumper conversion, radiator inlet mesh installation, rear decklid scoop installation, center consol painting and painting of the harness hole surrounds. Excellent work!

Ciao,

Johannes E.

Steve,

The lip was sourced through a friend that has contacts at Porsche Motorsport. Paid roughly GBP 90.- for it.

nice job,
I'm still waiting for my Mk1 bumper and MK2 skirting to be painted for my BoxsterS and the GT2 Louvers and lip still have not arrived.
but the seats are in!

If a rectanular opening for the GT2 Louvers to "pop in" can't be done I'll go the RS inlet route like you did so perfectly.

p.s. what's that third sticker on your rear window? I recognize N-ring, and LS but not the last one. Oh yeah and can you still use a nose bra with this lip spoiler? I'd like to keep mine for track and autocross.

Perfectlap,

That's the recently opened Dubai Autodrome www.dubaiautodrome.com . 2 weeks back I was asked to become one of the Dubai Autodrome Race School instructors (part time) and the decision to say yes was sort of instant! 8 Audis of a mix of S3, S4 and S6 together with 6 race prepped Subaru WRX's as school cars!

Ciao,

Johannes E.
PS. Will be spending Wednesday and Thursday at the track!!
