just found some videos of the Kreis-sieg Valvetronic exhaust. Kreis-sieg makes Valvetronic exhausts for high-end cars, and is very ridiculously expensive and rare. Valvetronic basically means that it's like PSE, there's a switch which you can flip for like bypass pipes. recently they released vids of the MK2 GT3...and i think it sounds glorious. vids came out today

btw, i remember seeing a white Akkurat GT2 on 6speedonline with their crazy titanium exhaust. the vids are of a GT3 in Japan, however.

exactly what i was looking for , a exhaust that goes from somewhat normal sound, and able to be switched to bypass pipes in the touch of a button

PS. did you know 80% of the cars sold in japan are white?

 

Have you checked the price on that exhaust? Last time I heard that it was around $10K. Mny it has come down in price since then. That might have been the titanium version.

 

the 996 turbo one is $9k for stainless steel, $16k for titanium. i haven't seen pricing for GT3, but i would think that about $10k sounds like stainless steel, not titanium. the m3's titanium goes for around $10k. and this is porsche

 

Not worth it at all, just for a valve.
