Speed Yellow Keyed - Repaint most of car?

Sorry to hear that as well. I know the feeling, I have had it happen with a few nice cars. It's hard to have something nice these days. Speed Yellow is a bit harder to match then many other Porsche colors. There are at least 5 different shades of it. I just went throught this with a customers 996 TT and trying to match the color perfectly. I would use a body shop that paints with the same paint as they do in the factory, i am sure Champion's body shop does. You can have them repair and paint the areas that were scratched and repaint those areas first. It helps to go ahead and wax the other body panels before having them paint, this will help match the color better. Then you can compare and see if its a match or off. If it's off then i would respray all the other parts of the car that they recomend as well. I think you will be in good shape though as long as they have the same OEM paint. Best of luck with it.
