Hi,

I am looking at buying a Mk1 GT3, an arctic silver 2000 GT3 with UK registration T 518 VVX with chassinumber 99ZYS690165. Does anyone of you British Rennlister's have any information about this car since tracing its history in the UK has largely proved fruitless so far.

The car was sold new in France in July 1999 and then imported to the UK in January 2003. Unfortunately it has only been serviced twice and both times at non-franchised dealers.... First time at 18 000 km in June 2000 in Paris and then in London at Hamilton & Palmer in April 2004 at 32 000km. The car has now done 36 000 km and is LHD. The asking price is approximately £37 000. The car is visually in a very good condition.

First question;
Any information about this particular car?

Secondly;
Which dealer in the East/West London should I turn to to get an inspection of the car. Preferably a dealer with extensive GT3 experience. Anyone in particular I should contact?

Thirdly;
What do you think about the price given the patchy/gap in the history with no service documents available. The original servicebook with stamps comes with the car.
