Umm Ferrari is profitable, Fiat is a money loser.

ferrari is not profitable, they spend all their money on F1 and have been losing in the 8figures for the last few years.

I always understood that Ferrari lost money on the cars and made money on the licensing for a net win.

fiat making ferrari profitable is play on words. the inference was, porsche can't rely on corporate welfare to sustain itself.
