Hm. The picture is taken in Germany - I recognize the background, so I assume that's where the car is. Maybe someone's just trying to figure out how much someone's prepared to pay for the import.
There's a (somewhat fishy) Danish exotic car importer that frequently have cars from the same dealership. (Look here: http://www.dennigcars.com/porsche_for_sale.htm). For more or less obvious reasons they go to a lot of trouble to hide the name of the German company, but it's definately the same building.

They still have it listed and are asking €131.000,- (same picture as in the ebay ad)

interesting... but certainly an 'impure' car - at best.
one would be better off just getting a GT3 and modding it themself with the difference, why go to so many grey-market tactics and butchering just to get a factory GT3.
