Respray after Rejex
I'm just about to go ahead and apply Rejex on my car and had some concern about potential problems with respraying a car or part after Rejex has been applied. Has anyone had any problems with this, since the Rejex is soo silppery?

No matter what a car has on it, before it is painted the material should be removed. There is no material a painter cant remove when preping a car. There are chemicals that remove wax and silicone. But sanding and normal surface prep should go way beyond the depth of any wax or coating. Unless the painter is not doing the correct methods to prep the car. Then you have to put the blame on poor workmanship. If the prep doesnt go beyond the level of the wax, then its for sure not preped enough for the paint to stick.

ReJex (and just about any other wax) is pretty easily removed with abrasion- 3M Imperial Hand Glaze will take it right off, leaving you with "naked" paint. Using auto-body clay will do the same thing.
