Closest to front =full stiff closest to rear = full soft. Not sure what the track guys like. My car is set up for street / occasional autocross with street tires. 1 from soft front, 1 from stiff rear, with 1.5 neg Camber front and 2.0 rear. Do a search on the board, you'll find a few settings posted, many more aggressive than mine, especially people running Hoosiers, MPSC's and Corsa's, which like much more negative camber.

What you do with sway bar adjustment is dial in the car to your driving (style) preference.......It's a handling, suspension tunning tool.
Soften the front and it grips sooner than the rear, tighten the rear and you get the same affect.......it would get rid of some push.......the only way to know is to try it and see how you like it........Do a search on general sway bar adjustments......I would try it at Shannovile first....easier to find what the car and you like.......get a tire pyrometer and check tire temps...it takes some time to dial it in but it's worth it in the end.
