Mine had 41 miles on the odo. Brand new car, ordered for me, is that high, seems hi for a new car?

 

Mine had 36. Came off the ship with 32. Those miles were put on by the factory.

Saw one at the dealer today with 24. The salesman mentioned it had been on 3 test drives, each approximately 3 miles long.

 

mine had 38 Km, around 23 miles

25 when I picked it up. I think the factory puts on about 15, unless they make some tweaks and drive the loop again.

I've been to the factory twice in the past few years and it's always fun to stand outside the main gate and watch the test drivers cruise by. The street has a small hill where they stop and then turn left onto another road...even saw them stall there once!

 

Mine was in the teens, definitely not over 20- I told the dealer I didn't want anyone driving it except the trip off the truck to the service bay. They gave me the privilege of first scrapping the lip spoiler driving out of the dealership parking lot

 

20 miles on mine. Like Holger said, these cars are autobahn tested at Zuffenhausen, I was there last October and saw cars being test driven. After test driving, if the driver finds anything that is not right, the car goes back in to be corrected until its right.

 

I was at the factory last October also (where this photo was taken). Lots of GT3s out for test drives on that day. Every new Porsche gets driven by the factory. If someone ever tries to sell you one with ZERO miles on the odo, something's not right!

IIRC mine had 17 miles on the odo when it came off the truck and 18 miles when they handed me the keys.
