Default congrats! black is the best!

BTW, where can I get the red car cover? The one I got from Porsche is a silver cover...doesn't look as nice as the red.

Looks great! Love the car and the cover. Enjoy, and maybe we'll meet sometime at Summit Point. Are you there for the Club Race this weekend?

I bought this off the lot, but it has:

Xenons
Black mats
Electric Sport Seats R & L
Storage Compartment w/GT3 logo
Carbon door sills w/ GT3 logo
Aluminum Instrument Dials
Brake/Shifter in Carbon/Aluminum
Custom Tailoring (not even sure what this is for!)

Wanted it pretty bare bones and it is!

Mooty-may I ask what time the BAR drive will be and where. I checked out the BBQ post and other then the set time for the BBQ for Jeff Chan there's TBD time/place. I won't be able to make it to the BBQ due to prior commitment but if there is a BAR drive more than likely atttend and I'll drop off a few bottles of wine for the BBQ and wish Jeff the best even though never met him but hey gotta start somewhere : ). LMK when/where. I am going to the NASA event August 22nd in groups 3 and 4 in my GTI(915 miles to go for the GT3 and yeehah!!). I'm bringing the GT3 as well to fuel up with the nice gas over there so if you plan to go by if your bored-look for me. If you want a joyride at the track it's fine too. Regards. Mike

Break-in? Forget about it! Keep varying the RPMs but don't baby it.

Paul- I do vary rpm's. There's no way I could keep it under 4200 rpm for 1000 miles. Didn't do that on my 996 so same goes for the GT3 : ). But will wait around 500 miles or so before I go to the track. 1000 miles is way too long. Regards. Mike
