Took delivery of my GT3 on Monday
To any and all that I have spoken to and emailed about my plan to replace my 993tt with a GT3, thank you for all of your help. I finally took delivery on Monday of my GT3. All that I can say is "Wow!" As many have said before me, pics just don't do it justice. So far, I have only been able to drive it once on a pretty fun stretch of road taking it home after delivery and it impresses, even following break-in instructions keeping it under 4200rpms.

Congratulations!! 
Make sure you post your impressions from driving the GT3 vs the TT. Inquiring minds want to know.

My car is a virtual clone of Viken's. It will need the GT3 seat upgrade in the near future. Christian, I hope to get input from the" Director of Installation" on that one. If you make it down to the Lower Hudson Valley, give me a head's up.
I will post my tt vs. GT3 comparison after I get the opportunity to drive the GT3 some more.

You're making me green with envy
Mine is in Baltimore or somewhere in between there and here, it's so close I can almost taste it.
I'm told to expect 3-4 weeks depending on customs and transport.....bummer!

Thanks for the kind words. I am excited and certainly plan on enjoying learning this car as I try to restrain myself through the break-in period( gonna try to follow the book anyway).
