Hey KLZ,

Will you be at Mosport in August or at any of Howard Dexters track days?

Hi Racerron,

I'm interest in the Dexter days but I have never been there before. I will take my GT3 to Mosport as soon as it breaks-in. My car hasn't arrive yet, according to my salesperson, the car was at Baltimore on 22th. Do you know how long does it take to arrive from Baltimore?

Thanks...

KLZ,

I think the rate determining factor from Baltimore is strictly dependent on the transport company (ie. size of truck needed for the # of cars coming to the dealership, or dealerships). My car (after sitting in Baltimore for 2 months last summer) arrived within 1 week after being released at port.

See you at Dexter day (after the break in).

yongster,

I've read many post about bad alignments on new GT3s, do you think I could have the dealer check and making sure it's proper before I take delivery? ( I mean at their cost )? TIA...

KLZ,

Howard Dexster runs a great event, very low key but controlled a**holes are asked to leave NOW!
Although not as controlled as a Rennsport region event you can run until you run out of gas, brakes, or talent.

I'll be there as soon as my car arrives..it's supposed to be born in 3 days July 5th.

Hope you get your car soon.

KLZ,

Even if you have to pay for the alignment yourself, do yourself a favour and get it done, I haven't seen one that was right from the factory yet.

Go to Fiorano if you have to pay it yourself.

If you were in Montreal I would do it.

KLZ,

The dealer will check the alignment for free within a certain milage, after which they will charge you. PFAFF has an alignment machine which doesn''t require them to lift the car, whereas DFC doesn't have one yet at their new location, and still uses the Audi alignment machine which requires them to lift the car up for every adjustment/correction.
