Default Vibration/ resonance at 2000 RPM

I see from previous threads that some GT3 owners have experienced a vibration/resonance at ~ 2000 RPM, whether just throttling up while stationary or transitioning through that RPM range. My car exhibits the same symptoms.

Has anyone had any success isolating the source?

Has anyone been able to eliminate the noise?

Has anyone had a valid, plausible explanation for cause?

Thanks for any info you can provide.

My car does not have this noise. Neither does my wife's. Both are early build GT3's from April 03.

We l, I've got an individual with 2 cars that don't have the noise at all and 1 owner that say "normal". Could you elaborate? I would like to get smart on the phenonoma.

Thanks

I was the first one to notice this noise the day I picked up my car last july.
Noticed on my first drive.
The fact that someone doesn't have the noise means that they arent listening for it.
My car now has 4000 miles on it and I can tell you that the sound has definitely subsided quite a bit. So the fact that you can't hear it on yours doesn't mean that your car never had the noise it just means that you might have the same or similar amount of miles as mine does and the sound has subsided.

There is nothing wrong with the car.
