Well, all I can say...is WOW! WHAT A CAR! I drove it down from Fresno (last Sunday), however, my girlfriend made sure we stayed REASONABLY within speed limits; not to mention, Hwy 99, down the heart of CA...is not the most, shall we say, twisty road on earth!!
However, today I picked the car up from Darrin at West End Alignment, & went for my FIRST real drive...thru the CYNS of Malibu and SM mountains.
Unbelievable. Just the BEST car I have ever driven.

what alignment did you have darin set your car at? and what were the settings to begin with? my mechanic told me to drive the car for a little while to allow the suspension to settle before he sets the alignment.

I'd think that the rocking about on the ship, and then the transporter ride to get the car to your dealer will have settled it pretty well. I did mine at 1700 miles, but wish I'd done it like Stacy, right away. The difference? Before and after = night and day.
These cars seem to have been delivered with some odd variations in the front and rear toe settings from what I've read here, and certainly mine was well out of alignment when I took it in, but that could have been in part due to some enthusiastic skid pad playtime!

OK, some quick answers...
MetalSolid's gonna post some pics after I email them to him - waiting for his email address now.
I did NOT buy it from Michael Porsche in Fresno. The original owner did, and I bought it from him, and drove it down to LA. Car has about 6000 miles on it. I did NOT do the alignment when new. I have no idea what Darrin did as far as settings. I told him to raise it a 'tiny bit', and set it up for optimum road use. I plan on driving it A LOT! I'm sure if you call him and ask, he'll be happy to share the setting info. Since he's done all my cars, I just left it there for him to 'dial in.' Needless to say, I trust him completely.

Nice car, Stacy! And I must say you have a wonderful stable of P-cars (some of my favorites in that group
