Default 996 GT3 movies/documentaries/films/video media

In tandem with the 996 GT3 books thread (https://rennlist.com/forums/996-gt2-...back-book.html) I am wondering if there are any documentaries/DVDs/films out there that feature the 996 GT3. Or even the 996 in general. Or maybe highlight the 996 GT3 among other models.

I bought the books and literature. I like having physical documents and resources, especially in a variety of media.

So if anyone knows of any physical video media available that highlights or features the 996 GT3 please post here. Maybe VHS is applicable to this era? Haha.

========================
EDIT: Also 996 GT3 YouTube videos are welcome.

Here is one that I'm sure everyone has seen but needs to be posted just in case!

"then get another car" is a refrain heard often in this house.

I assume everyone has seen these - but this youtube review caught my attention and helped push me over the edge to get a 6GT3:

And, I liked this review of the 996/997.1/997.2 GTRS's:

I remember watching the two Porsche factory videos over and over while waiting for my GT3 to arrive back in 2004...

poor quality...if I can find better I'll replace with better links.

Thanks for posting these.
I'd never seen them.
Do you still have the car you bought in 2004?
We'd like to hear your stories.

ps, that is a well driven, very wet lap of Leipzig!

A few thoughts.

1.) Cayman GTS is MUCH easier to jump into and throw respectable lap times down while being unfamiliar with the car whereas the gt3 needs to be TRUSTED which doesn't come easy/quick.
2.) Course was SHORT which mitigates the speed delta the gt3 would hold at most other tracks

I am sure if some of the hot foot drivers around here (with a lot of gt3 seat time) did this test at a typical 1:45 lap type track, they would have no issue running the GT3 to the front. Having said that, not surprised if the GTS was ahead on this particular test.

All that is true, but I still hate the video. 99.8% of folks that watch that video are going to assume the cars are basically equal. That's why I hate it LOL!

Did not want to start a debate about gts vs gt3. I find this video nice to watch and the gt3 part (from 4:23) is pretty nice.
No experience with both cars though... Hope to correct that one day!!! gt3 would be a nice mate for my 90 964 c2

It's all good...no debate. I actually like the video LOL! Just don't like to admit that our 996's, although certainly amazing, can have a hard time keeping up as time marches on and in a new car landscape that features bone stock honda civics that can pump out 5.3sec 0-60 times!

I still have the GT3. I'm the first and 3rd owner as I sold it and then bought it back (what an idiot). Spent several years tracking her in the midwest and then stopped when I realized how fast I was going in a street car without a full cage, fire, etc. I then spent some time in a SP3 944 before finally realizing I was only getting older so should jump to my dream car for the track...and added this to the garage. Spent all of last year waiting on COVID but had Autometrics do everything to get all systems fresh. First trackday at PBIR coming up next week. Not looking back and not adding up the receipts ;-)
