Anyone want any Perlon Buckets?
There appears to be an "mint" ebay set for 6500 bucks in New Jersey!
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-996...Condition=3000
Damn I wish I won some sort of powerball. NMNA....

Thanks for the linky.
I considered moving my perlon covers over to the "plastic" seats i recently sold, but decided not to.
making do with the perlons and fiberglass shells.
They are MUCH more comfortable than leather covers IMO
a few comments on the nj seats
no seat belt blocks / hardware = $$
no photos of underside to show if the 4 clips are present / unbroken, also can't see labels to see if they were shipped from factory with perlon or leather covers
buyer be aware.

Heads up. It looks like they're missing the seat belt mounting hardware and if I recall those pieces can be a bear to find (or they're expensive)...been a while but that's my memory last time I was looking for parts.

I have a pair of these that I am considering parting ways with, I sourced them new in the boxes with all runners, harness bars etc... is the asking on these eBay set indicative of what the market will pay in the states?
I am in Sydney Australia so would need to consider shipping costs to ROW locations, but I am thinking of selling my ones... my only reservation is that they are correct for my 996 RS, but for the right $$ I'd rather see someone utilise them then hide them in storage... I gave a pound of flesh for mine, so I know how scarce they are to find, and long obsolete.

my guess is that @ 5500 USD, they would sell quickly.
If i were you and owned a real 6 GT3 RS, I would keep them.
they may be more valuable if / when you sell your car.
post some photos of your car please

I personally think they are pretty close to what the market will bear, ebay auction will tell.

Cool, thanks for the response!
I should note, they are spare set i have, the RS still has its original recaros in it, and frankly in perfect shape (credit to the PO)
Will post some pics in a new thread soon for you!

I picked up a pair of Perlon's for my 2005 GT3 from https://www.instagram.com/scuderia_v.shop/?hl=en (via Rennlist).
Absolutely changed the character of the driving experience. Love them!!!
