I have heard good things about the Goodyear tire but, for PCA Club Racing they have zero support. Even at Mid Ohio where they are a key sponsor there is no one selling or servicing their tires.

The Hoosier guys and Michelin to some extent, are at all of the Club Races and not only sell the tires but are more than willing to help you out with set up or other advice. The Michelin guys were all out on the hot pit and would take temps as you pulled in.

I had customers back at my shop running between 3-5 seconds slower around the Point when they had to use Hoosier R-compounds for NASA events. One customer even thought of moving up to a higher class simply because the tire restriction wasn't on anymore and he could run the same GS-CS tires that he ran in SCCA!
