Default Rockit's GT3 w/ K58's

The wheels are awesome and I really like the alternative rubber: Yoko AVS Sports...When not in direct sunlight, the gray anodized match the seal gray spot on!!!

Thanks Phil. Stop rubbing in the fact that we had a brutal winter here. The only good thing was that I racked up very few miles over the past couple of months so the car lived up to it's montra of being verrry slooooow!!!

No offense, I know the wheels are lighter than stock, but I don't find these wheels to be enhancing the look of the GT3 at all.
Do you guys honestly like the look of these wheels over the stock ones?

Hey Rockit - nice wheels. They really match the Seal pretty well. The newer center caps seem to have a lot better finish than my old ones but I think I like black better - at least on my car. What I really want is the old caps that wheel enhancement used to sell that matched but had a porsche crest on them. Apparently they don't make them anymore. Let me know if you come across some though.

RR - actually I didn't buy the wheels for looks - I bought them as track wheels since they are light and strong. I use the stock wheels on the street but I do like the way the Kinesis look and have gotten several compliments. To each his own though, and definitely no offense taken - I'm not real concerned with public validation.

Thanks, for me, I would'nt trade them for anything. The stock looked OK but I prefer the classic racing look, besides the benefits of being lightweight. They are also much easier to clean...

I wish I could lower it that much but I think I'm about at the minimum for combined street/track. Also, my track tires are a little lower profile so I don't have quite the gap when the streets are on. I might try another 1/4" or so next time I align though....

Rockitman,

Those wheels really set the car off just right. Your car was beautiful but now it looks mean too! Great choice.

Rockit,

Could you let me know the exact sizes of the wheels you just purloined including the offsets, and sorry to show my ignorance, but what is the difference between the "normal" and "reversed" centre/ rim thingy's?

Best Regards,

Steve B

PS. VERY nice in the shot peened finish!
