Compression and leakdown need to be strong.
dont prefer type 2 revs.
I owned an 05 gt3 until 2011. Had a cage, cup suspension, guards lsd, and the usual upgrades for safety.
Racing it got too expensive, switched to bmws for a few years and have been out of the racing scene for 6 years. (Sucks)
I really miss my old gt3. I want to go to some hpde events and drive on the CA twisties.
I do need it to be street legal for California smog certification. I donot want one that wont pass smog. So, I will need the car to have a cat, etc. I had my old gt3 cat that I got rid of a few years ago (kicking myself)
For racing,
I have an 1995 e36 m3 which I am currently working on to get it track ready for nasa gts2 class.
I live in Northern CA (Richmond).
thank you
