Default Porsche sedan?

http://www.rennteam.com/showflat.php...b=5&o=&fpart=1

Can anyone confirm or deny?

Why is that good news? First an SUV and now a family car? What's next?

Has porsche EVER made a sedan in history?

Porsche built this on the 356 chasis in 1960.

Debatable as to whether you'd call the 989 a sedan:

What's debatable about calling a 4 door car a sedan?

Is it true they're now making a sedan?

If so is it this thing resurrected all over again?

Why post if you have nothing to add?

It's a freaking VW! My Lord, that thing doesn't have a lick of Porsche design in it. It looks just like a '67 notchback or a Karman-Ghia with a custom rear!!

Next move is the Porsche Cayoon (GM took Canyon).

Full Size Pick-Up Truck based on the Cayenne.

- Cayoon (VW engined full size pick-up truck 6cil )
- Cayoon S (V8 full size pick-up truck)
- Cayoon Turbo (450Hp pick-up truck)
- Canyoon Turbo S (due to the 5,500lbs weight on the Turbo with 450Hp, some more power is needed to keep up with the Ford Lightning and V10 Dodge Ram).

Porsche thinks there is a market for pick-up truck in North America. If it's profitable, go for it.

Expect a New Beetle platform, VW powered based compact car to compete with the incoming BMW series 1. A Porsche in every house.

Debatable because I've heard it referred to as a 4 door coupe....courtesy of the sloping roof line.

Anything that has 4 doors is certainly not a coupe. As a matter of fact many will argue that a 2 door car but with 4 seats is technically a sedan.

cou·pé
n.
A closed four-wheel carriage with two seats inside and one outside.
also coupe (kp) A closed two-door automobile

se·dan
n.
A closed automobile having two or four doors and a front and rear seat.
A portable enclosed chair for one person, having poles in the front and rear and carried by two other people. Also called sedan chair.
