I just checked out the trunk of a C4S Cabriolet and it had a spare tire in it. Minus the tire I think bike wheels might fit up there. Can someone take a photo of their GT3 trunk so I can see what it looks like. From what I've been reading here it doesn't hae a spare but it does have a tool kit. Can the toolkit be removed yielding the full depth of the trunk? If so it's only in length the thing differs from the normal 986/996 one and bike wheels should fit maybe.

Jason, one fits fine. To get the other one in without interfering with hood closing you may have to take out the foam tray or deflate the tire.

Where's the battery? I haven't got mine yet.

 

dertub: The battery in the GT3 is in the same place as the regular 996 - very close to the base of the windshield.

 

The trunk of a GT3 is about as big as your wallet. A bike wheel in a GT3, are you serious? Perhaps you should be looking at a Cayenne?

 

I guess the photo in the thread with the 700C Rolf is a fake?

FYI I should post a photo but my wallet is pretty small. 126mmX89mm and little less than 8mm thick at the moment.
