Default A few quick pics w/K58s

I shot a few quick pics with my track wheels on since several people were interested in K58s on the GT3.

Wow...those look great Bob!!! I ordered my set Friday. They look to be the same.
Shot Peened Anodized, standard finish, polished lip...Correct???
Man, I really like them on the car. Photoshopping them onto the car does not do those wheels justice...Thanks again!!!

Yeah, thanks, I kind of wish I could easily swap tires back and forth so I could run these more on the road. I think they give the car a more aggressive look and are good for a change.

And yes - this is the stock finish so should be the same as yours.

I'm picking up what your laying down ... Though I am not sure if the CFO/wife would approve at this moment. She has a sudden memory problem where she remembers my telling her that I do not need to mod the car.

In the meanwhile... a guy can dream. Kinesis K58, K28, K18.

Ok, they all look great, but what size are you running, and with what tire size? 8.5s or 9s in the front?

Larry, I ordered mine the same size as stock(K58's)...8.5 Front, 11 rear. Tire size the same...235/18/35 front 295/18/30 rear...Saves 18lbs as compared to the stock wheels. Talk about the Atkin's Diet!!!

Mine are 8.5" front/10" rear with 245/35 & 285/30 tires and 15mm spacers all around(because offset is wrong). Happens to be what I had left from my previous 996. Works well but I don't recommend trying to replicate it

To answer your question about 9s - you could probably fit them up front without a problem if you found the right offset. Better match up some tires first though. Also note - I'm running -2.5 degrees camber up front so that helps the clearance a little too.
