With patience you'd likely find one in the near term.
Thereafter, well,... its anyone's guess.
As you know you will have to do quite few things to the motor, the gearbox, and the suspension, (and subtract weight and then pray ;-) ...) to make a 996 the track equivalent of the 6GT3 (tho it can be done admittedly).
